How to distribute acrylic paint on a water basis. Dried acrylic paints what to do

Decorative trees and shrubs

When dyeing various surfaces, acrylic paints are often required to make the composition to have the desired consistency, so it is very important to choose the diluent correctly. If the dilution solution is incorrect, then the consequences can be very sad. Wrong proportions also worsen the quality of the apparatus mixture.

Acrylic composition is a variety of modern water-free (water-dispersed) paints. Due to the set of positive properties (environmental friendliness, reliability, rapid drying), this solution is perfectly suitable to paint the surface inside and outside the room. Also, acrylic mixtures are actively used for decorating and drawing, there are special options for various materials.

By consistency, the water-level acrylic solution is most often quite a pretty mixture that needs to be breeded. To select the optimal diluent, you need to pay attention to the composition. The main component that gave the name of this group of paints is water, the base can be up to 50-60% of the solution.

Thus, the solvent is water that must meet certain requirements for obtaining an ideal result:

  1. Temperature. To dilute the mixture, the liquid must be in the range of 20 degrees. If the facade view of the paint is used - 4-5 degrees above the street indicator (at least 15-18 o C).
  2. No impurities. It is recommended to use distilled water that does not contain foreign substances. If such a composition is not possible, the liquid is previously adjusted to a boil and defend.

Important! In private country houses There are own wells and wells, but the water mined from them is often salty. It cannot be used to dilute even after settling, in this case the water should pass special filtering.

Features of dilution acrylic water

To properly dilute acrylic paints, you need to know the proportions that allow you to achieve different results:

  • 1: 2 ratio. If one part of the coloring mixture accounts for two parts of the water, then such a solution is quite liquid. He holds well at the tassel, but leaves behind the drips, so it is better to lay it with a darous roller. The mixture is suitable for creating a base for the base coating.
  • Proportion 1: 1. This composition is used to obtain a base layer. It has a good viscosity and perfectly placed on the surface. After it, the composition close on the consistency can be applied, but the final layer is better to breed minimally.
  • It is less common when the paint is required to dissolve in five parts of water. Such a method is used by professional designers or artists when you need to tint the textured elements. The composition quickly absorbs, and the layer is obtained barely noticeable.

Paint that is used in gradient staining to create a transition between tones are bred with water in a ratio of 1:15

Also breeding acrylic in a ratio of 1: 5 or more is performed when creating a primer for high-art bases, if there is no possibility to acquire a special soil. This mixture penetrates quite deeply.

On a note! Now there are many modern water-based acrylic compositions that do not need large quantities Diluent. For them, the maximum is the indicator of 10% of the total masses of the coloring agent.

What else are paint bodied?

Although water is an optimal solvent that is available to everyone, but there are special fluids - diluents. According to the structure, they are divided into several varieties:

The use of acrylic diluents

Specialized formulations are also divided by dried speed. The correctly selected option allows you to perform work even in difficult conditions.

The following varieties are found:

  • Slow. Suitable for outdoor and internal workIf the temperature indicators are very high. The fact is, due to the rapid evaporation of ordinary water, the coating does not acquire the desired properties and can be destroyed. And slowly evaporating diluents make it possible to perform work correctly, as a result of the surface, they get reliable protection.
  • Middle. This is a universal composition, optimal option For work inside the house or apartment.
  • Fast. Used mainly outside, including at low temperatures. In such conditions, paint at simple breeding does not have time to clutch, and the fast diluent solves this problem.

When the solvent is chosen in the drying rate, they are targeting the ambient temperature, so the "fast" diluent is used at a temperature of from 5 to 15 ° C, at 15-25 ° C use "medium", in hot weather from 25 ° C you need a "slow"

In addition, the different ratio of the solvent and painting composition makes it possible to get a layer of different thickness.

On a note! Depending on the tool, the variety of breeding of the mixture will be required. For example, roller and tassels need sufficient viscosity so that the solution can be easily dialing and kept. For collapse, the situation is reverse - the material must be more liquid, otherwise the splashing will not work.

How paints are bred for drawing

Dilution of artistic paints based on acrylic is a more responsible process. The fact is that the volume of such compositions is small, so it is impossible to be mistaken with the proportion.

The dissolution is carried out using a conventional pipette, it allows you to dispense the amount of diluent used. Wet palettes are selected for mixing, it will eliminate the possibility of rapid drying. Obtaining the desired consistency depends on the desired result and work performed, but it is better to test it individually.

With excessive dilution, add a certain amount of paint or leave the mixture for graze.

What if acrylic paint dried?

It happens that due to improper storage at home, even for a short time, the composition has time to thicken or dry. To correct this situation, you need to do the following:

  • Acrylic mixture differs from simple enamels by the fact that it can be diluted with different degrees of drying the main composition. So, with an increase in viscosity into solution, water is simply added and mixed well. The main thing is to close the container. This rule is true for those cases when there is a small residue after the color.
  • If a bunch is observed, a little alcohol is added to the water. The mixture is thoroughly mixed to the complete disappearance of lumps. From above, a small amount of solvent is poured, the container is well seal.

It is more difficult to restore the dried composition. For this, a whole range of actions is performed:

  1. The hardened material is removed from the packaging and divided into small pieces. It is important to exclude dirt and dust.
  2. Komki need to grind maximize. For this, you can use the segment of the pipe or suitable for the diameter of the reinforcement.
  3. The resulting powder falls asleep in a comfortable container and is poured well warmed water. The solution is not stirred, but shakes several times. A minute later, the liquid merges.
  4. A new portion of hot liquid is added, the procedure is repeated.
  5. A special diluent is poured, the mixture is well stirred until the desired viscosity is obtained. But such a material will no longer have all the properties.

If the paint managed to dry up to a stone state, it is better to abandon its recovery. Although it is possible to perform the previous procedure, which will require effort and time, but the resulting composition is better to apply for economic premises.

Acrylic water-based paints require pre-dilution before use, and in case of drying, it can be reanimated. However, to breed, and return the normal consistency to the formulations correctly. Otherwise, the result will be different from the expected.

What kind of acrylic paints are bred?

Paintworks before use requires breeding. It is necessary to dilute a thick mixture to obtain a solution of the required consistency and getting a smooth and properly painted surface. Break acrylic paint can be:

  • Water. The easiest way to get a bark acrylate. The minus is that the dried composition will not get shed from instruments or blurred surfaces.
  • Solvents. Allow you to influence the final properties acrylic paint. They can give the final composition or gloss or mattness. It turns out that solvents, in contrast to water, need to be selected by what result will be desired.
  • Paints. Acrylic paints are mixed with each other to get new shades and colors. It is quite rare to such manipulation, since the existing diversity of the palette is quite enough to meet any needs.
  • Special means. There are quite a lot of liquids that are designed to breed acrylic paint to the desired consistency. They are recommended for use by manufacturers.

Specific tool is chosen taking into account the desired result.

How to breed acrylic paint?

The choice of funds for breeding is largely due to the fact that it is planned to paint. As a basis intended for the tree coating, it is better to use a special tool that is endowed with the appropriate properties, for example, an increase in moisture resistance and so on.
Special needs are sold in building stores. If metal is planned, a conventional solvent can be used. Staining walls, floor, ceiling allows you to breed paint with water. It must be clean and cold, and not warm.
Acrylic paints are considered easier and easy to use, rather than enamel, but this does not apply to the breeding of the composition. Incorrectly selected means or ratio can lead to an undesirable result. In order not to spoil the composition, it is best to first dilute a small amount in a separate container.

Right proportions

The ratios of thick mixtures and the base for obtaining the paint of the desired consistency usually take 1/1, 1/2, 1/5. A specific choice of proportion gives the final composition with certain properties. If the solvent and acrylic paint are taken in equal frequent, this mixture is used for the initial layers, since it turns out not too fat and is not assembled by lumps.
Secondary staining is preferable to carry out the compositions obtained in the 1/2 ratio. They allow you to completely impregnate the brush. Such paints are perfectly applied on the surface, and form smooth and fairly thin layers. The textured bases are best to cry paint divorced in proportions of 1/5, filling even minor pores.
The gradient is obtained when breeding paint in a 1/15 ratio. This composition resembles clean waterBut a few layers applied in several layers gives a spectacular transition from dull color to more saturated.

How to warn paint drying?

The polymerization of the composition occurs after the evaporation of moisture. The resin begins to harden, and the pigment, entering it in touch, forms a one-photon smooth coating. And if the composition needs re-breeding, the shade often becomes more dull, the quality of staining can also suffer.
Such a feature imposes certain requirements for water. She is obliged to be cool and clean. The fluid must be introduced in small portions until the desired homogeneous consistency is obtained. Paint after each addition of water must be thoroughly stirred.
So that the residues of paint do not dry, it is necessary to take some measures:

  • tightly close the container with acrylic compositionbecause it will allow you to slow down the polymerization;
  • try to prepare the LKM portion, that is, gradually in a separate dish, because it dries pretty quickly;
  • do not allow paints at the edges of the dishes so that it does not have a capacity of the container to any surface.

It is impossible to dry the paint on the tools. If the brush is not immediately washed in the soap solution, they will become unsuitable for further use.

How to reanimate acrylic paint?

Not every LCM is subject to dilution. Such formulations have an appropriate packaging mark. In the instructions, if the material can be diluted, the recommended solvent is indicated for acrylic resins. When the label is unreadable, you can resort to the help of a universal composition.
Require even a similar solvent must be correct. It should be remembered that acrylic paints are two species - matte and glossy. The seller must necessarily indicate what type of soluble LKM is related.
Further manipulations are quite simple. The solvent in small portions is poured into acrylic dying paint, the composition is smeared until all lumps disappear. Only a completely homogeneous mixture can be used for staining.

Alternative options

You can dilute the paint with screwdrivers - warm vodka or alcohol with water. A similar experiment can bring different results. In order not to spoil all the paint, it is better to try first dilute with alcohol either by vodka a small amount. If the result is unsatisfactory, the solvent will have to buy.
Fully dried paint can be tried to restore, but without the use of solvent:

  1. the dried acrylic is triturated to a powdered state;
  2. poured the resulting dry powder boiling water;
  3. when the water cools, everyone passes through the gauze.

The procedure repeat as many times as it is necessary. After each warm-up paint, until it becomes sufficiently liquid.
If acrylic art paints dried, it is better to purchase a solvent intended for such compositions. In the extreme case, you can use the lacquer with removal fluid.

All "for" and "against" the restoration of dried acrylic paint

Perspective to reanimate dried paint, especially when it comes to a sufficiently large amount, of course, the temptation.

If decorative acrylic paint thickened than you can breed?

One hundred percent acrylate is quite expensive, so to acquire a new bank, if there is an opportunity to take advantage of the one that was already bought, of course, I do not want.
It is important to understand that the new composition will be close to the initial quality of the new composition, which dried up to the end, that is, it can be divorced by a solvent. The use of boiling water for loss in the LKM powder will further affect the quality of the composition not at the best side.
There is no way to completely reanimate the dried acrylic paint. It will not have a smooth tone, former smoothness and homogeneity. The meaning to restore the LKM is when it is planned to be painted small sites. Large squares It should be painted new (fresh) paint.

Acrylic paints are greatly popular. They are often taken for decoration, as well as for artistic needs.

They sorry to use, besides, a small cost makes them fully accessible to anyone. They can be mixed, and thereby create bright and rich colors. So you can achieve a huge shade. It is also important to note the fact that acrylic paint is extremely resistant to negative factors, to weather conditions. It dries quickly, because one of the main components of such paint is water.

Acrylic paint is often used to decorate interiors for exterior decoration houses. It can be applied to a different surface:

  • Metal;
  • Glass;
  • Paper;
  • Wood.

Such paint is for sale in thick form and therefore in almost all cases it is additionally diluted to make it suitable for work and achieve the most even coating. In its original form, it is used only for artistic painting on the nails, as for this paint is needed dense and with a good texture that does not spread.

Today we are Pogim about what solvents are suitable for acrylic paint, and how to dissolve it correctly.

Which substance is used for dissolution

When working acrylic paints, except for manicure work, they must be diluted.

Than to dilute acrylic paint for outdoor and internal works

Whether it is a drawing on the wall, restoration of furniture or wall decoration - they are not suitable in its pure form. If you ignore this recommendation, then the surface will be uneven, traces from the brush or sponge can remain.

Since such paint is considered aquatic, it can certainly dilute with simple water. This method is cheap and effective. In addition, regardless of the solvent, the paint has hydrophobic properties.

That is why, brushes, sponges and other tools with which you work when applying acrylic paint should be washed immediately after use, because when dried with them, you can say goodbye, since they cannot be recovered.

In addition to water, acrylic paint can also be diluted with other means. As a rule, these substances recommend paint manufacturers. Solvents act somewhat differently than water. They change the characteristic of paint. They, for example, make the surface of the matte or glossy. That is why it is so important when selecting acrylic paint and solvent, take into account the functions and purpose of the substance.

How to dilute paint with water

  1. Water needs to be cooled and cleaned.
  2. For the sample it is necessary to prepare a small container with a pipette.
  3. It is important to determine the proportions.

There are no restrictions here, since the user itself determines the concentration of paint.

  1. If you dilute the paint one to one with water, it will be less oily, there will be no clots, which allows it to go to a smooth layer. Often they do so to make the main layer.
  2. One to two ratio allows you to make paint more liquid. It is better impregnated with a brush. So the paint is applied to a thinner and smooth layer.
  3. One part of the five makes the substance are too liquid, and the paint layer itself will be semi-transparent. It is ideal for spilling a textured surface. So the substance takes place in the deepening, while not remaining on the hill.
  4. If you do in a ratio of one to fifteen, it will be little similar to the paint, since the substance will be more like a tinted water. So they do to make a smooth transition between color or in order to create a gradient effect.

It is worth noting that after applying paints, wood and metal products can also be coated with flame retardant materials made on the basis of water. They will protect the product.

If the paint is dried

It often happens that the paint dries in tanks. So it happens often due to inattention or for forgetting. As a rule, it always goes to the landfill. However, you should not rush with solutions, because it can still be returned to life. It is worth noting that it will be somewhat different from the new paint.

How to dissolve dry acrylic paint?

  1. It is necessary to arm yourself with an acute tight object and disembark, crush dried material. After it, fall asleep in the metal container.
  2. Next, the paint is poured to the top boiling water, after which they are waiting until the material is heated.
  3. When the water cools, it is poured and everything is repeated again.
  4. Water is poured again and the substance is stirred

Paint can be used in a few minutes. All you need - just choose a place for painting, and that's it.

Solvents for acrylic paint

As mentioned above, acrylic paint can also be diluted with special substances. So if you need to get a matte coating as a result - use a diluent, which gives after driedness drying. If you need a gloss - choose the appropriate substance. Thanks to these substances, the paint dries quickly.

Solvents for acrylic paint are a transparent liquid that has a special sharp smell.

They may differ in time to dry out the layer:

  1. Quickly dry.
  2. Middle drying.
  3. Slow dry.

Much also depends on the temperature and humidity of the surrounding space.

  1. For warm rooms and hot weather, the material is taken, the rate of evaporation of which is not big.
  2. If the weather is cold, then they take quick-drying substance.

Depending on the amount of diluent, the degree of saturation of the color of the paint and the layer thickness also depends.

It is worth noting that such substances should be stored only closed and vertically in a cool, dark, ventilated room, while observing the safety regulations.

Finally, I would like to say that acrylic paint significantly increased the possibilities of designers for design and decorating premises and all sorts of products. Such paint is completely eco-friendly and safe. It is dissolved with water and besides the hydrophobic properties, which is extremely convenient when used.

Acrylic-based paint is one of the popular materials for the design of facades of buildings and internal work. It is quite simple to apply, but due to a thick consistency, the coating is sometimes uneven or too saturated. This problem can be easily avoided if you know how to dilute acrylic paint.

Decorative coating components

Before using one or another paint, it is advisable to understand which substances in it. After that, most likely, the problem of choosing a solvent will disappear by itself.

All acrylic coloring mixtures have three main components:

  • water;
  • painting pigment;
  • binders.

The latter ingredient in acrylic paint is a polymer emulsion, which includes acrylic. This causes and choosing a name for the decorative material under consideration.

Paint has a very wide range of applications: from facade works to coating surfaces indoors. It practically no matter what material is painted.

In addition, one of the features of the painting composition containing acrylic is its resistance to the effects of ultraviolet radiation. Therefore, the surface remains bright and attractive for a long time.

Well, the latest advantages - the price that makes the considered finishing material is one of the most affordable on the market, and ease of use, which is especially important if you decide to repair your own hands.

Dilution of acrylic paint

Choosing a substance

Before you choose how you can dilute acrylic paint, you should determine the area of \u200b\u200buse. For example, if it is necessary for painting furniture or writing paintings, too thick consistency will not allow to get rid of defects of the decorative layer, which appear from the brush or roller.

There are two types of solvent.

  1. Water. Given that this liquid is one of the main components of the paint, it is perfect for dilution. Remember that after drying acrylic, on the contrary, it acquires water-repellent properties. Because the tools used should be cleaned immediately after the end of the work, otherwise they will be ruled.
  2. Solvents. The choice of a particular substance depends on the paint of which manufacturer you use. This option is more suitable in the case when in addition to the desired density you want to give the future coating additional properties (mattness, gloss and so on).

Note!
There are some types of paints whose use has its own characteristics.
For example, Zinga electrically conductive paint.
The nuances of its application describes the instruction printed on the label.

Use of water

Before diluting the facade acrylic paint, it is necessary to take a small amount of its amount and add water with a pipette or bubble, which sold drops from a cold. So you can calculate the necessary proportions.

Hard requirements do not exist. The most common options are reduced to the table.

Proportions Result
1:1 The finished mixture becomes less thick and oily, when you gaining it from the jar, it does not forms a bunch on the brush. The surface is painted smoothly. A good option To apply the basic decorative layer.
1:2 The paint becomes more liquid and is well impregnated with a brush or roller for painting. Allows you to apply a thin layer of colors of the selected shade on the surface.
1:5 In this case, the solution is as if colored water, with which the translucent layer can be created on the surface. Such proportions are used for the so-called, "spray" of texture surfaces. The liquid fills well all the pores, slots and recesses, without accumulating on the bulges and tubercles.
1:15 This mixture no longer reminds paint. The material becomes similar to the slightly tinted water. Used in the design of the premises for creating gradients, halftone and smooth transitions from color to color.

The use of solvent

Acrylic paint companies also produce special solvents needed to make decorative color coatings of additional properties.

With the help of certain substances, you can get:

  • matte surface;
  • glossy coating;
  • texture.

Some additives also accelerate the drying time, which has a positive effect on the period of repair work.

Note!
Fire retardant paints for metal polystyl are used only with special additives that do not affect their main technical specifications.

Externally solvent is transparent liquid with a specific smell.

They differ in dried speed:

  1. Fast. It is used in cold weather to reduce paint fixation.
  2. Average. The name speaks for itself.
  3. Low. The solvent at such a speed of drying is necessary in hot weather to reduce the level of moisture evaporation.

The resulting effects, as in the case of water, depend on proportions. You can get a lightweight, transparent layer, resembling a picture of watercolor or thick, rich shade characteristic of the canvases made by oil paints.

Dilution of dried acrylic paint

Often incorrectly stored material dries out and becomes unsuitable for use. Most often, he is sent straight into a trash can. However, if you wish, you can restore paint. Of course, its characteristics will slightly decrease.

For this you need:

  1. Grind the paint-available paint using an acute subject until it reaches the consistency of the fine powder.
  2. Pour boiling water and give the mixture to warm up well.
  3. After cooled fluid, the procedure should be repeated.
  4. Then the excess water to merge, the contents of the can mix and bring to the desired consistency with a solvent.

Output

Before using acrylic paint, it is in most cases it is necessary to dilute with water or solvent. Using the Tips given in the article, you can get a material that matches your requests as possible. With it, you can embody the most courageous design fantasies.

In more detail about painting, you can learn from the video in this article.

Acrylic paints appeared about 50 years ago And do not lose popularity to this day. They are suitable for interior decoration, designed for painting wooden and metal surfaces, plastered walls and ceilings.

Depending on the surface texture and pursued purposes, this material must be diluted. Make it can be done different waysAnd we will consider in detail everything.

In the original form, acrylic paint thick consistency, therefore needs breeding. This uses special solvents or means recommended by the manufacturer.

However, you can use a simple and affordable dilution tool. This component initially includes the composition, so does not violate the texture and makes a consistency convenient for applying.

It is important to understand that the proportion of water should be strictly observed in order not to spoil the initial properties. In addition, for the goals set, only clean and cool water will be required, without additional impurities.

In painting works, four types of breeding proportions are applied:

    The ratio of 1: 1. If adding water equal to the volume of paint, the consistency is suitable for applying the base layer. The liquid will be thick, but does not stick to the roller or brush, it will fall uniformly on the surface.

    1: 2 ratio. If one part of the paint add two shares of water, the composition of the movable consistency, which creates a thin layer on the surface in the surface. It is used on smooth surfaces to reduce the intensity of dark colors.

    The ratio of 1: 5. If the amount of water added at 5 times Exceeds the volume of paints, it turns out the liquid composition - tinted water, which will penetrate between the workers of the working tool. When applied, a barely noticeable layer is formed, which will be interesting to look when staining textured surfaces.

    Ratio 1:15. In this case, ordinary water is obtained with a small amount of dissolved dye. This composition applies to create smooth transitions between shades, gradient color design.

The desired amount of water measure the syringe or a measuring cup to comply with the recommended proportions.

Be careful: to dilute acrylic paint, you need small portions of the water, gradually poured. In this case, it is impossible to stop mixing.

In 90% of cases Solvents are colorless, with a pronounced specific smell. These funds are used to change the texture of acrylic paints and obtaining a matte or glossy surface. Unlike water, which can give to add "turbidity" color, special diluents do not possess such a negative effect.

The proportions of adding such funds depend on the type of alleged work. If the solvent is a lot, the texture will become translucent, little - the thick, saturated color will remain. Manufacturers give recommendations for dilution, stick to them.

The use of solvents depends on air temperature.

    When painting in cold weather, use solvents with a high drying rate so that the paint has a good adhesion with the surface.

    With normal temperature mode Use the compositions with an average drying rate. They are considered universal and are suitable for all types of work.

    Solvents with low drying speed are designed for hot weather and do not give water too quickly evaporate.

It is important to understand that the correctly chosen solvent improves the performance characteristics of the composition, affects the strength of the coating and saturation of the color.

Solvents that are combined with acrylic paints:

    gasoline and White Spirit - compositions with high drying rate;

    kerosene - average volatility value;

    turpentine - Slow evaporation.

There are positive solvent reviews Relocryl Acryl.which is designed specifically for breeding acrylic paints, varnishes and primers.

If the composition falls on a surface that is not intended for staining, it is washed away using a cleaning solvent. The composition is produced in the form of a paste. It is applied to the desired site and leave on 10-15 minutes. Washbind dissolves acrylic, excess is easily removed.

Regardless of the selected option, it is important that two rules are respected - the resulting solution should not be folded, the presence of lumps is unacceptable.

What to do if the paint dried

It is impossible to calculate the amount required materialSo professional builders prefer to take it with a margin. After the interior decoration there are situations where some paint remains unspent.

The remainder in the bank gradually dries out - the moisture evaporates over time, polymerization begins. The more fluid "leaves", the lower the performance characteristics of the composition.

You should not immediately throw out a spoiled material: you can try to reanimate the paint, returning its initial properties.

Instructions for restoring dried paint.

    Grind remnants to powder with a minimum fraction.

    Fill on 2-3 seconds Boiling water, then drain.

    Repeat the procedure 2-3 timesSo that the composition is warmed.

    Leave boiling water in the bank and thoroughly mix the contents to a homogeneous consistency.

If the paint has turned into a homogeneous plastic lump, act as in the previous case. But at the final stage of resuscitation, instead hot water Add alcohol. Also can help the usual female nail polish added to little by little.

If finance is allowed - buy acrylic diluent "Gamma". It is inexpensive, but perfectly copes with paint, which acquired a "rubber" consistency. The agent is for sale in online stores and specialized outlets.

Operational properties in restored material will be lower than the initial - lumps do not completely dissolve, which will adversely affect the strength of the coating. Use such a composition for staining of secondary surfaces that are not striking.

If acrylic paint spoiled after improper storage, for example, under negative temperatures, it will not be possible to restore it. In such a situation, irreversible polymerization of the material begins, various substances will be powerless.

Working with acrylic paints has nuances and secrets. Here is some of them:

    Water should stand out 2-3 hoursso that impurities are downtreated on the bottom. Only after that it can be used to dilute acrylic paints.

    When applying the composition with the help of painting, work with branded solvents, adhering to the proportions recommended by the manufacturer. So you will receive a homogeneous consistency liquid and achieve uniform surface staining.

    Rinse thoroughly and rollers thoroughly, especially if the work was performed by a strongly diluted fluid. Such a composition is difficult to notice, so the particles remain between the Villas. With the subsequent use of paint bright shade, the color will be spoiled.

    Diluent add to the composition of portion, thoroughly mixing the composition after each dose. To do this, use a special mixer.

Regardless of what you are going to dilute acrylic paint, check the tool with a small volume of the coloring agent. If you notice the formation of lumps - you have to select another option.

Acrylic water-based paints require pre-dilution before use, and in case of drying, it can be reanimated. However, to breed, and return the normal consistency to the formulations correctly. Otherwise, the result will be different from the expected.

  1. the dried acrylic is triturated to a powdered state;
  2. poured the resulting dry powder boiling water;
  3. when the water cools, everyone passes through the gauze.

The meaning to restore the LKM is when it is planned to be painted small areas. Large squares should be painted new (fresh) paint.
