I passed through it many times. Tested a bunch of different methods and techniques. And today, on the last day of winter, I begin a series of reviews about different weight loss techniques that have experienced personally.

Since childhood, I was slim, but, like most young girls, was always not satisfied with his figure and eternally something took something. What is the essence of the technique?

As you already understood all products, you can choose only from the green list. It is so far you eat on a white sheet (8 weeks). Then you can already plan your menu yourself and include products from a yellow list, remembering that the yellow list leaves your weight unchanged (nor there, nor here). Humannik (16-17 hours) consists of any vegetables from the green list prepared in any form or raw. Dinner at 19-20 hours. I have in the list of legumes and vegetables. From the legumes I am allowed beans and lentils.

Yes, an important point. For three months you completely refuse salt. At first I thought I could not swallow a piece without spilling. However, this is the easiest. After that power, I generally ate without salt. It is very possible. There are seasonings in the green list. They have their own.

On Wednesday I had a unloading day. On this day, for breakfast, lunch and dinner I had to eat chicken breast with vegetables. The amount is not limited and the method of preparation too.

On Sundays, pastries from solid varieties of wheat with cheese and vegetables were prescribed for lunch. Can you imagine?
