- The Muftiev Council has already indicated its attitude to this structure. I can repeat that, in our opinion, this structure is completely artificial, behind which there is no real request from the Muslim community of Russia. It was created with the direct participation of certain officials in order to obtain an additional pressure tool for already existing structures on the principle of "divide and conquer."

At the end of 2009, Mufti Talgat Tajuddin made a proposal for the association of Muslim structures. Why the union broke?
- None of the centralized Muslim structures - neither the CMR, nor the TCM, nor KCMSK officially announced the suspension of the unifying process. This is a complex process that can stretch over time and go into several stages. There were too deep problems that many years were ignored. Too great turned out to be a misunderstanding of the importance of this process from some officials. But without an approving turbine on top of the new generation of Muslims, it has long been successfully overcoming all the division of unified intelligence in previous years - national, regional, organizational. Although he is the son of Mufti, our deceased brother Ahmat Kadyrov, but he himself never claimed the role of the spiritual leader.
