    • salt, black pepper - to taste.

    How to cook:

    1. Slice the mushrooms.
    2. Peel and dice the potatoes.

    I grind the mushroom legs into small cubes and cook in a Panasonic multicooker with the addition of a piece of butter and salt

    on the "baking" mode for 20-30 minutes (as you like, some generally eat mushrooms raw). You can, of course, fry the mushroom legs in a frying pan, but I'm so used to my magic saucepan, and I use it everywhere if possible.

    While the mushrooms are stewing, grate hard cheese.

    For stuffing mushroom caps, everything is ready:

    In a deep baking sheet, a frying pan without a handle or a baking dish, put the inverted mushroom caps, put the filling of mushroom legs with a teaspoon on them, put a slide of grated cheese on top of each hat, as in the photo:

    and add a few tablespoons of water.

    In fact, you can experiment with filling for mushroom hats: add sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, fried onions, herbs, beaten egg, ham, chicken, even minced meat to the chopped legs.

    How much to bake champignons? You should not bake the mushrooms under cheese in the oven for more than half an hour, as all the moisture will go away, and the mushrooms will become too dry. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cook the stuffed mushrooms with cheese in it for 25-30 minutes until golden cheese crust.
