The indexation coefficient depends on a number of factors, and the Ministry of Labor gives rather disappointing forecasts regarding the indexation of such payments, which is associated with a significant reduction in the profitability of the federal budget. In this regard, all people who have already received the certificate and are going to use it in the near future are advised to pay close attention to this issue, since if the certificate is applied, the full amount of capital can no longer be received before the indexation.
Due to the fact that the budget of the Pension Fund has a debt of more than 3 trillion rubles, an initiative was considered, which, in principle, is designed to abolish maternity capital. By itself, the indexation of this payment is standardly carried out on January 1 of each year, therefore, it is best to receive the benefit after this date, but in fact, as mentioned above, at the moment this does not play any role due to the absence of an increase in the size of payments.
