TECHNICAL PART

General provisions

1. Real territorial unit rates for construction work for use in St. Petersburg in basic prices for January 1, 2000 are intended to determine direct costs in the estimated cost of performing work on the device for ventilation systems, air conditioning and air heating and composing estimated calculations (estimet) , as well as for calculations for completed construction work.

1.2. Ther reflect the average industry level of costs for adopted equipment, technology and organization of work on each type of construction work and, in this regard, can be used to determine the estimated cost of construction by all customers and contractors regardless of their departmental subordination and organizational and legal form.

1.3. Rates for this collection are applied to work on the device for ventilation systems (general and local), air conditioning and air heating in residential, public, production and auxiliary buildings of industrial enterprises, regardless of the material of walls, overlaps and partitions.

1.4. Installation of equipment for technological purposes (fans, cyclones, scrubbers, etc.) is determined by the collections of therm2001 SPb on the installation of equipment.

1.5. The rates provide a full range of basic and auxiliary work on the laying, installation and attachment of the corresponding elements of systems, including the acquisition, installation and removal of rigging devices, drilling holes for fasteners, manufacture of rubber gaskets, and the like.

The gasket of air ducts is provided in the presence of ready-made through holes in walls, partitions and overlaps. Inserting holes after the passage of the air ducts by rates of the collection is not taken into account.

1.6. The rates of tables 01-001 and 01-002 are provided for a gasket of class H air ducts (normal) and class P (dense) from sheet, galvanized steel and aluminum. For air ducts from corrosion-resistant steel, appropriate rates of tables 01-001 and 01-002 are used, taking into account the coefficients shown in section 3 of the technical part.

1.7. Primary coloring or primer of air ducts and ventilation products provided for by the technical conditions is performed by manufacturers.

1.8. Installation of throttle valves in nozzles, seams, grids in the framework of pitchers and brackets and fasteners are taken into account in the rates for gasket of air ducts; Their number, types and sizes of the specified products take according to project data.

1.9. When connecting the air ducts of a rectangular cross section (on tires) with brackets at the rates of tables 01-001, 01-002, the bolts should be deleted with the addition of a project bracket.

1.10. In the rates of Tables 02-005 and 02-006, an installation of air deficient valves, valves of type of KVV and similar structures is provided.

1.11. In the rates of Table 02-007, the installation of valves of the KVU type and similar structures is provided.

Territorial unit rates for construction work

Collection MS 20 Ventilation and Air Conditioning Ter-2001-20 SPb

The gasket of air ducts is provided in the presence of finished through holes in the walls, partitions and overlaps.

1.12. In the rates of tab. 02-012 At the installation of deflectors, the installation of stretch marks with tallrepa, the number of stretch marks and tallons to receive by project data is taken into account.

1.13. Table rates 03-001 - 03-003 are applied to radial fans, axis and roofs regardless of the material from which they are made (carbon steel, corrosion-resistant or aluminum).

1.14. In the rates of Table 03-001 - 03-003 and 06-015, the costs of revision, drying and the attachment of the electric motors to the network are not taken into account on the installation of fan, axial, roof and fan aggregates. These costs should be determined by the Column of Term2001-08 SPB "Electrical Installations".

1.15. Installation and consumption of vibration insulators Rates of Tables 03001 Chosozosis are not taken into account. The cost of installing vibration insulators should be determined at the rates of Table 02-020.

1.16. In the rates of tables 03-001 and 06-015, the costs of installing flexible inserts are not taken into account. Installation of flexible inserts should be determined by the rates of Table 02-018.

1.17. The rates of Table 05-001 take into account the costs of installing cell filters (metal and paper) and aerosol (with FP filtering material) installed on the supply and exhaust ventilation systems.

1.18. Ralance 1 Table 05-001 on the installation of filters of cellular installation of the frame

1.19. The rates of the collection are not taken into account the costs of installing fans, filters of suction, cyclones of batteries, shutters of sluice, unloaders, etc. devices installed in aspiration systems and pneumatic transport in granaries, grain processing enterprises and other industries and are determined by the collections of the term-2001 SPB for installation equipment.

1.20. In the rates of Table 06017, the costs of installing air valves are not taken into account, the specified costs should be determined at the rates of Table 06-012.

1.21. The installation of aggregates of dust collecting, filters, scrubbers and cyclones is provided at an altitude of up to 1 m from the floor; The gasket of air ducts and the installation of air distribution devices, fans, calorificates and air-heating units at an altitude of up to 3 m. When working with scaffolding, forests and stairs at high altitude, the coefficients shown in section 3 of the technical part are used.

The device in accordance with the project of the production of forests or solid flooring should be determined by the column of Ter2001-08 St. Petersburg "structures of brick and blocks".

1.22. Costs for individual tests of ventilation and air conditioning systems are accepted in the amount of 5% of the wages of the workers and the cost of operation of machines, taken into account in the rates for the device of the specified systems.

1.23. The size of "before" specified in this collection includes this size.

Ter-2001-20 SPB Ventilation and air conditioning

2. Rules for the calculation of work volumes

2.1. The amount of work on laying the air ducts is calculated in the m. KV. The surface of the air ducts (direct sections and shaped parts).
