Ingredients

Preparation

We take medium-sized potatoes. If it is large, then three tubers will be enough, if it is small, you will have to tinker with cleaning.

We clean the root vegetables, wash and cut them into small cubes.

Pour the vegetable oil into the pan, heat it up very well and lay out the potatoes. Fry over medium heat for a minute without stirring.

Peel and chop the onion. Cubes, half rings or rings - whatever you want.

We spread the onion to the potatoes, mix and fry for another 5 minutes on medium heat.

At this time, cut the sausage into small pieces. Sausages or ham will also work.

  • salt, pepper, other spices - to taste.

Recipe

1. Cut the peeled onion into small cubes.

2. Preheat a cauldron or a saucepan (always with a thick bottom) with vegetable oil. Put onion, fry over medium heat until transparent.

3. Cut the sausage into thin slices or cubes, then put on the onion. Fry until a blush appears on the edges of the sausage pieces.

4. Cut the peeled potatoes into cubes, carrots into slices.

5. Add potatoes and carrots to the pot and stir.

1. Mix sour cream, mustard and tomato paste until smooth. This will make the sauce.
