Pilaf with minced meat is a delicious dish for the whole family, perfect for lunch or dinner. I really love to cook such pilaf, because thanks to the multicooker, the cooking process becomes a sheer pleasure, and I am always satisfied with the perfect preparation of the rice itself.

Any mince can be used for pilaf - chicken, turkey, pork, beef are suitable. In my version, the minced meat consists of turkey fillet and pork chop, the amount of meat is equal. Optionally, you can add any spices or vegetables you like.

Prepare products for cooking pilaf with minced meat in a slow cooker. If you took meat - make minced meat out of it.

Peel and rinse one large onion and large carrots, cut the carrots into oblong strips, chop the onion into medium-sized cubes.

Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, throw vegetables. Add minced meat to the vegetables and set the "Fry" mode. Fry all ingredients for five minutes.

Prepare rice for pilaf.

After five minutes of frying, add prepared rice to the bowl, add barberry, salt and pepper, also add dry granulated garlic.

Pour two glasses of hot water into the multicooker bowl. Mix.

Put the bowl in the multicooker, turn on the "Porridge" mode, cook for one hour. At the end, take a salt sample, add more if necessary. That's all, pilaf cooked in a multicooker with minced meat can be laid out on plates and served.

Pilaf cooked with minced meat in a slow cooker turns out to be very tasty and is not inferior in taste to ordinary pilaf with meat. Serve hot.

Preparation:

Cooking technology

Step 1

Wash and finely chop carrots, onions and tomatoes. Set the "Baking" mode in the multicooker. When it warms up a little, pour the vegetables into it and fry them in vegetable oil.

Step 2

When the vegetables are ready, add the minced meat to them and mix everything.

Rinse the rice and pour it into the multicooker bowl, salt everything, add seasoning and pour water. All ingredients must be thoroughly mixed, close the lid and set the "Pilaf" mode.

Rice, zucchini and minced meat

This is a very original and savory dish with a spicy taste. Not only that, it is quite satisfying, but also the aroma will gather all your household in the kitchen long before you are going to invite everyone to the table.

What is required

  • One glass of rice.
  • Zucchini.
  • One hundred and fifty grams of minced beef.
  • Leek.
  • One carrot.
  • A couple of chives.
  • A bunch of greenery.
  • Half a spoonful of Dijon mustard.
  • Salt with spices.
  • A spoonful of soy sauce.
  • A spoonful of vegetable oil.
  • A spoonful of ketchup.
  • Half a glass of water.

Cooking technology

Step 1

As you have already seen, this recipe does not contain any supernatural products. All of these ingredients are found in almost every kitchen.

We wash and cook the rice. But remember that we need a slightly damp cereal, so I take one and a half parts of water for one part of rice. By the way, salt is not needed here yet.

Step 2

We clean, mode and fry the onions in the multicooker bowl. Better to do this with olive oil. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and send them to the onions to fry.

In the meantime, the rice, which is cooked separately in a saucepan, must be remembered to stir, otherwise it may stick to the bottom.

Step 3

After the vegetables are browned, add the minced meat to them. If you have a young zucchini, then the peel can be left alone, otherwise it is better to cut it off and get rid of the seeds.

Cut it into medium cubes. Do not grind, otherwise you run the risk of getting smudged at the exit. I usually do not make them smaller than 1 by 1 cm, then they will retain their shape and will cook well.

Step 4

When the minced meat is a little fried, you can send the zucchini to the multicooker. Mix everything again and cook for about ten minutes. This is just enough time to make the sauce.

Step 5

Chop the herbs finely.

Add crushed garlic and Dijon mustard to it. If there is no such mustard, then do not put any at all. It will not work to replace it with the usual one, all the piquancy is lost.

Now season all this with soy sauce and sprinkle with turmeric. But add this spice very carefully. She is very moody, and even if you overdo it a little, you can ruin everything. Very little of it is needed.

Step 6

The sauce turns out to be beautiful and with a bright, pleasant aroma. But you can put it aside, we will need it at the very end. And the rice should have reached the condition we need by this time.

Step 7

The zucchini have become slightly transparent and slightly soft. Now you can add ketchup, fry everything a little more and season with spices. Then put rice into the "miracle oven" and pour everything with warm boiled water.

We put the multicooker in the "Quenching" mode and wait twenty minutes. Then add the sauce and leave for another five minutes. Now the food can be put in a dish and served. It goes well with fresh vegetables.
