Mix again, the dough is ready. Now in the usual way, as if you were frying pancakes, we are preparing cakes. Pour a little oil into a preheated pan, then liver dough with a ladle and fry until a beautiful crust, as in the photo.

Separately, fry finely chopped onions and grated carrots on a fine grater. Liver pancakes are ready, the filling is also ready, we collect the cake.

We put one cake on the dish, mayonnaise and part of the filling on top.

  • 60 grams of wheat flour
  • 400 grams of champignons

Previously, it was not possible to buy a lot of chicken liver at once, but today there is such an opportunity and therefore I cook it much more often than soups or other dishes.

Many will enjoy this meal. And not only for those who will eat it, but also for those who will cook it. Just a few correct manipulations and the cake is ready.

Ingredients:

  • 500 chicken liver.
  • 500 milk.
  • 3 eggs.
  • 1 glass of flour.
  • 2-3 heads of onions.
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic.
  • Mayonnaise.
  • Vegetable oil.
  • Spices.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking process:
