A chop is not always a piece of fatty meat fried in breadcrumbs and a lot of butter. You can make great chops from the dietary meat itself - chicken breast fillet - without spending a drop of oil when frying! To do this, you just need to fry the chicken chop in a dry frying pan, wrapping the fillets in baking paper.

For the chicken breast chops, we need a certain amount of spices in which we will marinate the chicken fillet. I propose to take aromatic herbs to taste, I chose these:


We only need a large chicken fillet (four pieces), which must be washed and dried well with a paper towel.


Lightly beat the dried chicken fillet with a hammer, but not too zealous - the resulting chop should not be too thin, and certainly should not tear. To beat off the fillet as accurately as possible, I suggest covering it with cling film during beating.


Cover the chopped chicken fillets from all with salt and spices, put them on top of each other in a container, close it with a lid and send to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. But meat is best marinated if left in the refrigerator for a day.


When the fillet is marinated, put the pan on which the chicken chop will be fried over high heat and cut off a rectangular piece of paper for baking. Place one edge of a piece of baking paper in a skillet and place a pickled chicken chop on it.


Cover with the free end of the baking paper and lightly press the paper against the fillet with your palm. Leave on high heat for 10 minutes, so that the outer part of the chicken chop immediately "grabs", sealing all the juices inside the piece.


Then we turn the chop in the paper to the other side and fry the same on the other side for ten minutes. Here you can slightly lift the edge of the baking paper and see what beauty we get:


The chicken chop will cook for twenty minutes in total, allowing it to cook well on the outside while remaining very juicy on the inside.
Fry all other chicken chops in the same way. The result is wonderful and delicious chops, containing only the minimum amount of fat that is initially contained in the chicken fillet itself.

Prepare the required ingredients. Separate the chicken breast from the bone. The result will be 2 chicken fillets. Wash the fillet, remove the film and fat, remove excess moisture with napkins.

Cover each piece of meat on top with cling film and beat lightly with a hammer.

Beat the egg until fluffy and dip each fillet in it.

Place the fillets on a board and sprinkle with flax seeds or sesame seeds.

Place the fillets on the parchment and fold the paper over with an envelope.

As a result, you get 4 envelopes with chicken fillet.

Place the fillet envelope in a preheated pan. You do not need to lubricate the pan with oil. The fire should be medium, otherwise the paper will burn and this will give the meat an unpleasant smell and bitterness.

Fry the chicken fillet in a pan on each side until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes on each side).

Pieces of chicken breast, fried in a pan without adding oil, are juicy, tasty and tender.

First of all, try not to cook frozen meat, give preference to chilled meat: this way your dish will be much softer and more flavorful. Try not to cook chicken breasts for too long, regardless of the method. As a result, the meat will be very dry. But the main secret of making tender chicken breasts is pre-marinating. If you have a little time, soak meat that has already been cut into portions in kefir or a mixture of several tablespoons of soy sauce and apple cider vinegar. And if you have the time, prepare a special pickle, thanks to which ordinary white meat will turn into a real culinary masterpiece.

To do this, you will need:

  • 2 liters of water
  • 2 tablespoons of salt
  • half lemon
  • spices

Boil water, add salt and spices, boil for 2-3 minutes. Refrigerate to room temperature, then squeeze half a lemon. Pour the resulting brine over the chicken and hold for 5-6 hours. During this time, lemon juice will soften the fibers, and thanks to the salt, moisture will remain inside the meat. After that, you can cook chicken breasts in a way that suits you.

Oven Chicken Breast Recipes

The main rule of baking chicken breasts is not to leave them open. In this case, the fried crust, so beloved by many, will not appear, but at the same time the dish will remain in the category of dietary ones. The best way is to wrap the chicken in foil or put it in a baking bag. You can grate the breasts with spices beforehand.

Remember that juice will come out during the cooking process. Therefore, make sure that the baking packaging is tight.

There is another way to cook breasts in the oven, thanks to which you will get a truly festive dish.

For him you will need:

  • 700 g pre-marinated chicken breasts
  • 100 g prunes
  • 1 large carrot
  • onion
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • dried basil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cut the breasts into small strips. Cut prunes and carrots into strips, onions into rings, garlic into medium-sized cubes. Take a glass or ceramic baking dish and place all the ingredients in layers. If the dishes are deep enough, alternate layers. Wrap the mold with several layers of foil to keep out air. Place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 40-50 minutes. As a result, you will get an unusually aromatic diet dish with great gravy, no fat or extra calories.

Steamed chicken breasts

Steamed products are ideal for dietary nutrition, because this method of heat treatment preserves the maximum amount of vitamins. However, the meat runs the risk of getting dry, because under the influence of steam, all the juice will flow out. To do this, in addition to the chicken breasts themselves, you will need raw egg white, salt, onions and dill. Pre-cooking will take no more than 5 minutes. Just grind all the ingredients in a blender, add protein to the minced meat and make flat cutlets. Place them in a double boiler for 30 minutes.
