All is right with the world. I'm right, others are wrong

cucumbers

Today was just such a night. The night when two stars should change places. Maria hesitantly approached the window, panting and shaking with excitement. She nervously fiddled with her disheveled braid of tangled hair, shifted from foot to foot and blew on her cold hands - the heating had been turned off early this year. We should tell Louise and Michaela to bring a feather bed. But that’s later, but now, right now... What if this doesn’t happen? What if the two stars remain in their places? No, you can't think about it! Maria was trembling violently, and large drops of fear and despair came into her eyes. Everything depends on this! The world will sink into oblivion if this does not happen, and only she will be to blame... Maria took a deep and convulsive breath, pressed her hot cheek to the glass and looked pleadingly at the heavens. Vega is shining brighter than ever, but two barely noticeable dots just to the right of it are pale today. Today! On such an important day! Anger and irritation momentarily overcame fear: oh, couldn’t the sky take care of its immaculate cleanliness that midnight! Every year, at the same time, at the same moment, these frightening, majestic luminaries slowly, as if spinning in some incredible and exciting dance, left their usual places, and then, proudly and briefly blinking at each other, changed positions. Maria looked at her watch and again focused her eyes on the dark distance. She couldn't be late, no. That’s right, she’s doing everything right, which means... Maria’s heart sank and she fell to her knees. Began! The right one, beaming and winking, quite confidently left its axis and impressively headed towards the left one. The other one shuddered and began to hastily get ready from her post. They walked side by side, lightly touching each other, causing the sky to momentarily light up with a faded flash, and settled comfortably on their new feather beds, made of soft fog and weightless darkness. Having joyfully flared up at last, the stars seemed to fall asleep, and the world was enveloped in a calm and silent midnight. Maria waved her hand to the stars.

A girl in a clean robe and cap entered the tiny room, which was located on the top floor of an unprepossessing gray building. It was well after midnight, but it was at this time that the inhabitant of this modest home needed to take her medicine. She lay on a hard mattress, yellowed by time, moisture and terrible stuffiness, having thrown off the blanket. The woman, as always, looked crazy: her gray tangled hair was scattered across the crumpled pillow, her lips were whispering something in her sleep, never ceasing to smile, one eye - blue - was slightly open, and his gaze strangely darted from side to side. side, while the other, brown, rested peacefully under a heavy, wrinkled eyelid. I don’t want to wake her up, now I’ll have to calm her down again, sing a lullaby and whisper in a false-soft voice that everything is fine, although nothing good happened at all - the old woman has no relatives or acquaintances, no one visits her, she never leaves chambers and mutters and mutters something all the time, and his eyes either shine crazy or become covered with a gray veil... And so it has been for twenty years. But there was no need to wake anyone up: the woman herself jumped up in bed and, stuttering and trembling, muttered:
-They... they changed! It's okay, Michaela, stay calm! Our world will live for another year, I know! They switched and I waved and now all is right with the world!
-Calm down, Maria! Yes, yes, thank God, everything is fine. Maria, your medicine...
The woman, with an air of incredible relief and joy, gently shook Michaela's hand, closed both eyes blissfully, and sank softly onto the pillow. The nurse put the glass with the poisonous yellow liquid on the table, took a deep breath and left the room, shaking her head resignedly.

And myriads of light years away from the cute bluish ball of the Earth, in the endless chilling spaces of alien worlds, several thousand incredible creatures nervously waited, standing at the highest point of their dimension. Suddenly, the echo of a speech that we would never understand echoed through the emptiness and was reflected in everyone’s soul with stunning happiness and unheard of relief; two, positioned on an invisible bridge, looking through the trembling surface of the River of Eternity and, shaking with excitement, told the crowd:
-She waved... She waved! Which means... that means all is right with the world!

ALL IS OK WITH THE WORLD

When you wake up, when you begin to understand and see, harmony will reign in the world. We are all concerned about the evil that exists in the universe. I'll tell you an instructive story about a little boy - while walking along the river, he saw a crocodile entangled in fishing nets. “Have mercy and help me,” the crocodile asks. “I look ugly, but it’s not my fault - I was born that way.” I have a good heart. This morning I went looking for food for my cubs and ended up in a net!” “Yeah, I’ll help you, and then you’ll grab me and eat me,” the boy replies. "Do you think I'm capable of killing my savior?" - asks the crocodile. The boy calmed down, helped the crocodile free himself, and he grabbed the baby by the hand. “So this is how you thank me for my kindness?” - the boy shouted. “Come on, don’t take it personally. This is how the world works and this is the nature of things,” said the predator. The boy began to argue, and the crocodile suggested: “Let’s ask someone else whether I’m right or wrong.” The boy noticed a bird on a tree and asked it: “Bird, tell me, is the crocodile right or wrong?” “You’re right, of course,” answered the bird. - One evening I was returning home with food for the chicks. Imagine how terrified I was when I saw a snake approaching our nest. There was nothing I could do. One by one my children disappeared into her mouth. I I screamed and cried, but it was all useless. The crocodile is right - this is the law of life, this is how the world works.” “You see,” said the crocodile. But the boy said that he wanted to ask someone else. The crocodile agreed. An old donkey was grazing on the shore. “Donkey,” the boy turned to him, “the crocodile says this and that. Is he right or wrong?

“You’re right,” answered the donkey. “I have served my master faithfully and faithfully all my life, and he fed me well.” And when I got old and weak, he kicked me out. Now I'm wandering around the jungle waiting for someone to eat me. The crocodile is right. This is the law of life, this is how the world works.” The crocodile says: “You see, boy.” “Wait,” the boy begged, “give me one last chance!” Remember how kind I was to you and let me ask someone else.” “Okay,” said the crocodile. “I give you one last chance.” A hare ran past, and the boy asked the hare questions. Sitting on his hind legs, he looked at the crocodile: “Did you really explain to the boy what the law is?” “Yes, I explained,” said the crocodile. “Then don’t rush to eat the baby,” said the hare. "Let's discuss this." “Come on,” the crocodile nodded. “But we cannot begin the discussion until you release the boy,” the hare then said. “He should be part of the conversation too.” “You are very cunning, hare,” answered the crocodile. “If I let him go, he’ll run away right away.” “I thought you were smarter,” said the hare. “If he tries to escape, one swipe of your teeth and he’ll be dead.” “You’re right,” the crocodile agreed and released the boy. As soon as he did this, the hare shouted: “Run!” The boy took to his heels and ran away. “Do you like crocodile meat? - the hare asked the boy. - And the people from your village - how will they react to a good dinner? You haven't completely freed the crocodile from the net - he still can't escape from it. Why don’t you invite your fellow tribesmen to a banquet?” The boy did just that. He went to the village and called the hunters. They armed themselves with axes, sticks and spears and together killed the crocodile. Together with the hunters, a dog also came running to the river bank - its owner was that same boy. She saw a hare, caught up with him and gnawed his throat. When the boy ran up to the scene, it was already over. And then, looking at the dead hare, the boy said: “The crocodile was right. This is how the world works, this is the law of life.”

Nothing can explain suffering, evil, torment, death and hunger! No one will ever be able to justify all this. You can bravely come up with new and new formulations, turn to religion for help - but you will not be able to explain anything. Life is a mystery, therefore it is impossible to comprehend it with the help of logic. You just need to wake up - then you will understand that there is nothing complicated in life; the only difficulty is yourself.

Garbage is the waste of human activity. Easily subject to rotting processes, pollutes soil, water, etc.

Emotional trash

Emotional garbage is the negative experiences that remain with us after activities or interactions with people. Anger, resentment, fear, anger, pity, guilt. Very often these negative experiences remain with us for many years. Why? After all, as they accumulate, they destroy us not only psychologically, but also physically; the organs and systems of our body begin to hurt. Let's talk about this and what to do to avoid accumulating them.

The morality of society tells us that being angry, angry, offended is bad. Yes, indeed, these feelings can cause harm to a person. But what to do if they arise?

What to do?

Emotions, both positive and negative, are given to us from birth. These are our natural reactions to events that happen. You get angry if you were hurt, or you get angry if your boundaries (psychological or real) are violated. And these are normal, healthy reactions.

For example, a girl is told what dress to wear, but she has a different opinion. Or the boy, what he should do now, when he had his own plans. In these cases, children become angry or angry. Some will react immediately and emotionally, while others will remain silent and do as their parents said, suppressing negative emotions.

Suppressed (you can’t get angry) or repressed (I won’t pay attention to it) negative experiences still remain with us. And not only in our psyche, but also in our body. Their chronic accumulation leads to the development of diseases called psychosomatic. These include migraines, bronchial asthma, heart attack, obesity, stomach and duodenal ulcers, diabetes mellitus, sexual disorders, cancer, allergies, neurodermatitis, etc. Progressive doctors have come to the conclusion that almost all diseases should be considered as, in in a sense, psychosomatic, since in any case mental factors are at work.
Peter Kutter. Modern psychoanalysis. Introduction to the psychology of unconscious processes.

What's actually harmful?

What is harmful to us is not the negative experiences themselves (remember that these are normal reactions), but:

  • their number in life. If you are constantly angry or offended, you accumulate them and create the foundation for the development of diseases. Think about why there are many negative experiences in your life and change. The appearance of pain or illness is a signal that something needs to be changed in your life.
  • their “storage”. Many people deliberately cherish the memory of long-standing grievances for years.
  • their suppression or repression. It’s bad when people suppress or try to forget negative experiences without transforming them.

All this destroys human health.

They say that Old Believers live a very long time. When they start to get sick, they do the following. First, they remember their bad actions or feelings and work through them. They then cleanse the body by fasting. And only then do they begin treatment - drink herbal decoctions, etc. Please note that the first step to recovery is emotional cleansing.

What is important to know

  • It is normal to experience negative feelings.
  • If you constantly experience negative experiences, this means that you need to reconsider your views on what causes them.
  • It is bad to suppress and repress negative experiences. They remain in the psyche.
  • Their storage is an energy-consuming process. It is no coincidence that after working through psychological conflicts, the energy that went into storing them is released, and a person feels lightness and activity, a desire to do something.
  • The accumulation of negative experiences is the basis for the occurrence and development of diseases.

Rules of emotional hygiene. They are simple - clean and do not accumulate.

  • When negative experiences arise, it is important to learn to recognize them and free yourself from them in a socially acceptable way.
  • Experiences that you cannot cope with, old conflicts, should be worked through with a specialist - a psychologist or psychotherapist.
  • Teach children the rules of emotional hygiene.

Tired of being alone? Have fun with it!

Meeting with friends, communicating with others, dating are an integral part of our lives. But it is equally important to be able to enjoy your own company. If you have no one to spend this evening with, spend it communicating with yourself.

Here are some tips to look at being alone in a positive way and enjoy it.

Make an appointment with yourself

Set aside at least a few hours a week to spend time with yourself. You can mark the day and time on your calendar when, for example, you will go to a cafe alone or for a walk in the park.

This could even be a business meeting with yourself, where you can write down plans for the future or think about new ideas for creativity. Or maybe it will be a non-binding walk of thought, where you can listen to yourself and your true desires.

Don't be afraid to be alone in a public place

An experiment was conducted at an American university in which some students were sent to a museum in an art gallery in a group, while others were asked to go alone. The students who had to go to the gallery alone were quite pessimistic.

But as the experiment showed: both of them came from the exhibition with the same impressions. For many, it was a discovery that you could go out somewhere alone and enjoy it. Alone, they felt even more free - they didn’t have to wait for anyone, adjust to the time and meet someone’s expectations.

Make a wish list or map

Mark the places you would like to visit, but did not go because you did not find a company. Make a list of cafes or stores that you would like to go to, but didn’t because you were alone. Sign up for an event even if you have no one to go with.

This will be a way out of your comfort zone for you. You may enjoy spending time alone. Or maybe you will meet someone and find some company. In any case, you will stop limiting yourself to loneliness and being afraid of being alone with yourself.

Immerse yourself in the process

Your usual household chores. You don’t have to go out somewhere alone. You can also spend this time productively alone with yourself at home. Just focus on one thing - washing dishes, cleaning the house, reading a book or listening to music.

Let you be comfortable in this state - without controlling thoughts and trying to do several things at once.

Time alone can give you inspiration, new ideas, and you can find a solution to a problem that has been bothering you for a long time. But be sure to put down your phone, close your laptop and forget about work matters, then your meetings with yourself will bring you pleasure.

The body is internally connected with consciousness; perhaps we can say that the body is a double of consciousness; it is the dense visible form of the subtle invisible consciousness. If you feel pain in your tooth, stomach or ear, it immediately affects your consciousness. Your thought process is disrupted; the mind becomes agitated, confused and restless.

If you feel depressed, then the body also stops functioning normally. Pains affecting the body are called secondary diseases, vyadhi, and vasanas or desires affecting the mind are called mental or primary diseases, adhi.

Every thought, emotion or word causes a strong vibration in every cell of the body and leaves a deep imprint on it.

Mental health is more important than physical health. If the consciousness improves, the body will certainly recover. If you have a pure consciousness, pure thoughts, you will get rid of all diseases, both primary and secondary. In a healthy body healthy mind.

Subtle thought ennobles the mind and opens the heart; a dirty thought excites the mind and painful gloominess of feelings.

Those who have even a small degree of control over their thoughts and speech will have a calm, clear, beautiful and charming face, a pleasant voice, and their eyes will be shining and radiant.

If you know the method of awakening the opposite thought, you will be able to live a happy, harmonious life of peace and strength. A thought of love instantly neutralizes a thought filled with hatred. A courageous thought will immediately serve as a powerful antidote to a cowardly thought.

Physicians must have a thorough knowledge of the science of suggestion.

Real doctors with the gift of suggestion are extremely rare. Doctors who have no idea what the spoken word means do more harm than good. Sometimes they kill their patients, scaring them unnecessarily.

Suggestion can be used to heal. This is a drug-free treatment. This is suggestive therapy. Kind and helpful advice can cure any disease. You should study this science and put it into practice. All homeopaths, allopaths, Ayurvedic and Unani doctors should have this knowledge. It goes well with any other healing system. Such a happy combination will create an extensive practice for the doctor.

Have you noticed that you live in anticipation of something that will finally make your life happy and fulfilling?

So years pass, life goes on, changes, but it feels as if you haven’t lived yet, and the most important thing has never happened. You live in anticipation of your own invented scenario of happiness, not allowing other possibilities to happen. Or, even worse, you live by someone else's standards.

Why this happens, how to break this pattern and start living your life, read in this article.

What does it mean to live someone else's life and someone else's standards?

How familiar are you with the following?

  • You expect happiness, but only under certain conditions: having a husband/wife, when I earn a lot, change jobs, buy my own home, and the children move on with their own lives. And then I WILL START LIVING!
  • You are looking for your purpose, without which you can’t feel the fullness of life, you set goals and go towards them, not feeling joy from the process, striving only for the final result, in the hope that there will finally be good.
  • You live someone else's life under other people's masks imposed and voluntarily put on by you.
  • You are afraid to be yourself, and driven by the fear of revealing your real self to the world, you run away into loneliness. And run away from it even faster, trying to find happiness in others.
  • You look deep into yourself and do not find there a match to other people's requirements, so you run to the outside world, trying to prove that you are no worse. Constantly comparing yourself to invented idols and imposed standards.

How long have you forgotten how to hear and listen to yourself, behind the external noise, without distinguishing where your thoughts are and where others are?

If you are tired of this and want to understand what is YOURS and how to finally start living your life, use my recommendations.

How to start living your life

1. Become aware of your thoughts and emotions and let them go.

Your soul, your inner self, the Universe, call it what you want, communicates with you through feelings and emotions, but you can’t hear them behind the external chaos. To reach you, the soul uses the body, or rather the blocked emotions stored in it.

If you carry an unbearable burden - your back starts to hurt, you go to a job you don’t like - your leg “suddenly” breaks, you hold back your irritation with your husband - a skin allergy appears.

Your body sends you important signals in this way, beacons indicating the direction where the door you need to enter is.

Of course, we were taught to be strong and not pay attention to the weaknesses of our body, but this is where the catch lies. You need to have great courage and mental strength to begin to consciously treat yourself and your needs.

By dismissing the needs of your body, you show weakness and move into the state of a victim who is not responsible for anything. You allow others to control your life when, without paying attention to yourself, suppressing your emotions and body signals, you follow external circumstances.

Practice:

Close your eyes and try to track all your thoughts, one at a time.Tell each of them: “I see you, I recognize you, I give you space.”

Keep doing this until there are none left, because strangely enough, they will all leave. Observe the emptiness in your head. Then go down into your heart and do the same with emotions, acknowledge each one until they are completely dissolved.

And finally, work with the body, with physical sensations, pain, tension, give everything a place and acknowledge it.When I first started practicing mindfulness, I was amazed at the silence that lived within me.

The outside world seemed to freeze and ceased to have its previous influence on me. And the biggest shock was that I was not aware of my true desires, other people’s desires stopped influencing me, but my own did not.

2. Start feeling

I remember a year ago I literally fell into some kind of emotional hole every day. And every day was a surprise for me - I never knew which emotion would “attack” me.

This led to total distrust of myself; I was not sure of anything. Today I love - tomorrow I don’t, now I like my work - and tomorrow I am consumed by hatred for it.Such mental instability will also be characteristic of you until you learn to recognize your emotions, accept them and understand why they are for you.

There are no good or bad emotions, and when such a demon awakens in you, it does not mean that there is something wrong with you. Under no circumstances should you brush aside negative and unpleasant emotions.

Your task is to live each one to the fullest, and then, oddly enough, it will let you go.Such internal “swings” are a sign of locked emotions: they are bright, but short-lived, unstable.

Harmony and peace come into your life when you begin to live with feelings.Go into the depths of your consciousness specifically for feelings. They are true and constant, they will fill your life, when you begin to feel, you will begin to LIVE YOUR LIFE!

It is through feelings that you realize your true desires.

Practice:

Take a piece of paper and write down all the negative emotions you are experiencing right now. The main task is to “catch” each emotion and give it a name.Because behind irritation with your husband there is often hidden suppressed anger, and behind fatigue from work - the fear of losing it and being left without money.

Select the brightest one and find the place in the body where it “lives”.Feel its size, shape, density, maybe it has a sound or color, how static it is, or how fast it moves.

Rate her strength on a scale of 10 and how long she has been with you.Thank her and yourself for deciding to experience this emotion, ask why it is for you, what it protects you from, talk to it and let it go.

Just say: “You have fulfilled your function and can be free, I am grateful to you and am ready to live without you.”

3. Replenish and share.

The ability to be filled with energy and share it is one of the components of a woman’s destiny.Let me make a reservation right away: I am now talking specifically about feminine energy. About calm, sensual, cool, flexible and flowing like a river.

And if you are an active woman with bright energy, most likely, reading these lines, you will say: “Well, this is not about me.”Your grandmother and mother, and you, following them, took on so many male functions that at some point they became so familiar that you decided that they were yours.

You have learned to manage active solar energy, which has allowed you to survive and withstand difficult moments. But if you stop, slow down, let go of control, you will soon understand that fighting, achieving and winning at all costs are men's tasks.

And our women – to feel, to desire, to enjoy the process of achieving a goal, to give the world our positive emotions, to be happy and to share this happiness.

Remember? “What a woman wants, God wants!”

I repeat once again - this is about true feelings and desires, it is about honesty and sincerity towards ourselves, when we are not afraid to go deep, expose our feelings and show them.

And it’s such a freedom when you open up and just live!

4. Build self-esteem

Living in a society built on a male model, it is difficult to be a woman.

She has been equated to a man and has the same demands placed on her. Women are not protected from attacks and insults; they have forgotten how to trust men.

But once upon a time, the birth of a girl in a family was considered a gift.A girl, later a woman, was considered ideal simply by right of her birth and worthy of all respect.

She was always under the patronage and protection of men, she did not need to prove that she was worth something and deserve the love and recognition of others. The girl was considered a value in itself.

You can imagine with what dignity such women carried themselves, and how difficult it is to imagine them competing in their abilities with men and wanting to defeat them.

To understand that you are worthy of happiness simply because you exist, you do not have to deserve it and prove your worth to anyone and yourself first of all - this is so important and valuable, and I really wish this for you.

5. Live a simple life

When you just exist, it doesn’t matter what happens tomorrow.Let go of all ideas, turn off your mind, let everything happen and happen.Real life is in the simplicity of the moment: simple situations, simple relationships and feelings.

Let it all be. Let go of the idea that you know what you need to be happy.Give the universe control. There are no goals other than what you are doing right now.

Lebanese poet, philosopher and artist Gibran Khalil Gibran wrote more than 30 books, among which the most famous is “The Prophet”. Since its first publication in 1923, the book has sold approximately 10 million copies. The Prophet has been translated into more than 40 languages.

Kahlil Gibran's texts fascinate with their multi-layered nature, where beneath the outer accessibility lies an immense depth. As Osho said, at the time of writing, Gibran simply allowed the Universe to flow through him. Gibran himself worked on The Prophet all his life and considered it his best book.

In the preface to the book, translator Igor Zotikov wrote: “The ideas and images of this book make the heart open in the way that happens when reading Ecclesiastes and a few other similar books.”

Kluber selected several gems from the creative legacy of Kahlil Gibran. They can change your life. Enjoy!

1. Be grateful for difficult times. They showed you how strong you are.

“The strongest souls are born in suffering, the strongest of them are covered with scars.”

2. Kindness is a quality of strong people.

“Sensitivity and kindness are not signs of weakness and despair, but signs of strength and determination.”

3. Absolute truth does not exist.

“I don’t know the absolute truth. But I humble myself before my ignorance, and that is my honor and reward.”

“Don’t say “I found the truth,” but say “I found a grain of truth.”

4. You will never forget those who were there during your darkest times.

“You may forget who you laughed with, but you will never forget who you cried with.”

“The bonds of sadness bind hearts stronger than the bonds of bliss and joy. Love washed with tears is pure, beautiful and eternal.”

5. The simplest things are sometimes the most unusual.

“And may laughter and mutual pleasure accompany the sweetness of friendship. For in the dew of little things the heart meets its morning and is refreshed.”

6. Love is life. Life is love.

“When you love, you should not say, “God is in my heart,” but rather, “I am in the heart of God.” And do not think that you can direct love into its flow, because love, if it finds you worthy, will itself direct you.”

“Life without love is like a tree without fruits and flowers.”

7. Do everything with love.

“Work is love that is visible. And if you work without love and do not love your song, it will be better if you leave work and sit at the gate of the temple and ask for alms from those who work with joy. Because if you bake bread with indifference, you bake bitter bread that only satisfies half. And if you crush the grapes reluctantly, then your reluctance is distilled into the poison of your wine. And if you sing even like an angel, but there is no love in your singing, you only drown out the voices of day and night in the ears of other people.”

8. Love cannot be possessed.

“Love owns nothing and does not want anyone to own it. And do not think that you can rule the ways of love, for if love deems you worthy, it will direct your path.”

9. Your attitude towards life determines how life treats you.

“Your life is determined not so much by what it brings you, but by your attitude towards it; not so much about what happens to you, but about how you interpret what happens.”

10. Look on the bright side.

“An optimist sees the rose, not its thorns; the pessimist looks at the thorns, not paying attention to the rose.”

11. We see things not as they are, but as we are.

“The appearance of things changes according to moods, and therefore we see magic and beauty in them, while magic and beauty are really in ourselves.”

12. True love is the fruit of spiritual intimacy.

“It is a mistake to think that love grows out of long-term friendship and persistent courtship. Love is the fruit of spiritual intimacy, and if intimacy does not arise in a second, it will not arise in years or generations.”

13. Oak and cypress do not grow in each other's shadow.

“Love one another, but do not make love a bondage.

Let it be an exciting sea between the shores of your souls.

Fill each other's cups, but do not drink from the same cup.

Give each other bread, but do not eat the same piece.

Sing and dance together, have fun,

But give each of you the opportunity to be alone.

Like the strings of a lute are separated from one another,

Although they play the same music.”

14. Be grateful for the good and the bad.

“I learned silence from the eloquent, tolerance from the intolerant, and kindness from the unkind, but, strangely enough, I do not feel the slightest gratitude to these teachers.”

“When you rejoice, look into the depths of your heart, and you will see that now you rejoice precisely in what previously saddened you. When you are sad, look again into your heart, and you will see that truly you are crying for what was your joy.”

15. True beauty comes from within.

“Beauty is not in the face, beauty is the light in the heart.”

16. A person limited in heart and thoughts is like a blind man.

“A person who is limited in heart and thoughts tends to love what is limited in life. He who has limited vision cannot see beyond the length of one cubit on the road he is walking on or on the wall he is leaning against with his shoulder.”

17. Your children are not your children.

“Your children are not your children.

They are the sons and daughters of Life’s longing for itself.

They come through you, but not from you.

And although they are with you, they still do not belong to you.

You can give them your love, but not your thoughts,

For they have their own thoughts.

You can shelter their bodies, but not their souls,

For their souls dwell in the house of tomorrow where you cannot come

Even in my dreams...

After all, life does not go backwards, and does not linger in yesterday..."

18. If you love, let go.

“If you love someone, set them free. If it comes back to you, it is yours, if not, it was never yours.”

“If you entrust your secrets to the wind, do not reproach it for revealing them to the trees.”

20. Give more.

“To be generous means to give more than you can; to be proud means to take less than you need.”

According to psychological research, insults and criticism affect us 5 times more than compliments or any other form of communication. This is the main reason why staying in relationships with toxic people ruins our lives, hindering happiness and growth.

Below is a list of 9 toxic types of people you should avoid at all costs:

1. Self-destructors.

Chapter 25

"God is in heaven and all is right with the world"

Remember that the old world has been spinning for many thousands of years - and is still in good shape. If your problems seem serious to you, just try to imagine what they will look like a thousand years from now. Will they last as long as the world lasts?

Remember that despite the rage of the elements and the unrest among people, God's presence remains constant. This presence is filled with peace, sweetness, purity, love, wisdom and strength. It is the substance of all provision, and it is close to you. Winds, waves and conflicts do not affect God's presence. The surface of events may be agitated, but the true reality is deeper than the events.

You do not need to go to a distant land to find reality. You don't need to go to another world. God is reality and He is close to you. The Kingdom of Heaven is near. It is omnipresent and it is within you. You can find it anytime and anywhere you want.

You can enter the Kingdom of Heaven not through the gates of stones and wood, but through the gates of understanding. You don't have to go to some place, but change your state of mind. The Kingdom of Heaven cannot be found in another room or on the next street. It is in your heart and in your mind. When you are aware of God's presence, you are in the Kingdom. On the other hand, when you use your mind to think about problems and difficult situations, you are outside the Kingdom. The right mental attitude helps you to be in the Kingdom at all times—whether you walk, work, run, eat or drink. But if your mind is disharmonious, doing the same actions will put you outside the Kingdom. The material world in itself has nothing to do with the Kingdom of Heaven.

“God is no respecter of persons.” God is not concerned with your position in society, your reputation, or the state of your bank account - but how you conform to the laws of the Kingdom. When you conform to these laws, you become a kind, joyful, humble, honest, fair, loving and forgiving person. All these qualities are the fruits of the Spirit and the keys that open the entrance to the Kingdom.

When you are in the Kingdom, you view everything in the outside world with calm, confidence and understanding. Each of your experiences is filled with joy because the Kingdom is characterized by joy. When you are in the Kingdom, your desire to judge disappears. You don't feel unhappy or worried - because you know that everything is fine. You realize that God created the universe and declared it good. You understand that the true reality of life is spiritual. You know that true good does not depend on material well-being, but satisfaction with material well-being depends on true good. When you are in the Kingdom, you dominate without becoming an arrogant dictator. Your dominance resembles the work of a master who helps the soul of the violin to emerge. In the same way, you help the soul of your life experiences to emerge.

If you have found the Kingdom, the rest of the blessings will be added to you. When you are in the Kingdom, you are not disturbed by events and manipulations in the material world. Your open eyes contemplate the reality of life, which does not depend on matter. When you are in the Kingdom, you are able to appreciate the meaning of the words: “Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will not pass away.”

If a person persistently clings to the word of Truth and is ready for heaven and earth to be transitory rather than to give up the Truth, he proves his faith in the word of Truth and becomes the master of his heaven and his earth. A person living in the Kingdom is full of joy. The ancient has passed: former doubts and worries no longer frighten him. He sees the sunshine of God's goodness. He experiences the reality of his goodness. Nothing disturbs him - he is safe, standing on an eternal foundation.

Don't talk about problems seriously - but start seeing the Kingdom within your kingdom. No matter how difficult your job is, no matter how sick you look, no matter how unpleasant people you have to deal with - all these negative states are not able to keep you from the Kingdom of Heaven. When you are in the Kingdom, you clearly see the powerlessness of these states. Take heart, for there is no hell - except for the negativity in your mind, which you can get rid of at any time.

Friday. “Not my will, but Your will be done.”
Saturday. I put aside my worries and joyfully enter the Kingdom.
