Soups

Grate the washed and peeled vegetables. Simmer over low heat for three minutes and add to boiling water (1.5 liters). If necessary, add salt and pepper, add herbs and cook for ten minutes. Place a whole peeled onion and chopped potatoes in three liters of boiling water. To prepare meatballs, use minced meat without salt and other spices, from which roll into small balls. While the potatoes and meatballs are cooking, peel and finely chop the carrots, simmer in vegetable oil and add to the soup. Then add vermicelli and cook for another five minutes.   • Chicken or turkey fillet – 200 grams;

Vegetable stew with meat

This is the optimal dish for a small child. To prepare, boil the chicken separately and cut it. Finely chop the onion and carrots and simmer in vegetable oil.
