To bake chicken you need to choose the right shape. The chicken should be placed tightly. If the pan is larger, the sauce will spread and the meat will not be soaked properly.

Three cheese on a grater, add sour cream or egg. Mix everything. Pour the resulting cheese sauce over the chicken. Cook in a preheated oven to 190 - 200 degrees. Approximate baking time 45 minutes. You should get a nice, crispy crust.

Serve the finished dish on a beautiful platter and sprinkle with chopped herbs. This chicken with cheese in the oven comes out very tender, satisfying, aromatic and festive.

Recipe No. 2. Chicken chops under a cheese coat

We have to:

  • Chicken fillet – 500 gr.
  • Mayonnaise – 5 tbsp. l.
  • Cheese – 150 gr.
  • Spices
  • Rast. oil.

Cut into portions. When cutting, you need to give the piece a round shape.

We beat each piece with a hammer. Then salt, pepper, rub with mayonnaise and leave to marinate. Coat the mold with vegetable oil and place pieces of marinated fillet on the bottom.

The meat must be laid out tightly, as the chicken pieces will shrink during cooking.

Three cheeses on a grater and sprinkle each piece. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and prepare our dish. Cooking time is about half an hour.

You can complement the dish with a wide variety of ingredients: tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, peppers and other ingredients. You can give preference to the products that you love most.

Coat chicken fillet in 1/2 of the entire mixture of sour cream and seasonings. Let the meat steep in this marinade 10-15 minutes. At this time, prepare the pan, grease it with a small amount of vegetable oil, evenly distributing it over the entire bottom of the pan. Also preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
After the meat has been soaked in spices, place it in a mold and use a tablespoon to pour the remaining sauce on top. Bake 40 minutes. However, for 10 minutes Before it's done, remove the baking sheet with the chicken and sprinkle coarsely grated cheese on top of the dish. Once cooking is complete, the chicken baked with cheese can be served.
